-How can i track my order ?

Type the Tracking Number we have sent you to the corresponding Link of Elta Courier or Acs. Alternatively, there is a Tracking Link on our website.


-Which forms of payment do you accept ?

We currently accept Credit/Debit Cards, Cash on Deliver,  PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay for all orders.


-Can orders be delivered anywhere I choose ?

All orders will normally be delivered to the address you have indicated during your registration. In order for your order to be shipped to an alternative address other than that registered under your personal information, you can complete the box entitled "Delivery Information", and in the blank box you can add any additional comments related to the delivery details of your order.

-Can I Reserve a Product ?

Unfortunately the gabshoes.gr online store cannot reserve items for you - payment must be completed first to secure the product of your choice.However, when you place an item in your shopping cart, a short period of time will elapse before the item is shown as available for sale again in our online store. We do recommend that you place your order as soon as possible in order to ensure product availability.

-There are any shipping or delivery charges ?

All our shipments within Greece are made with Courier door to door and are Free shipping and Delivery regardless of amount.

-Can I cancel my order before it is received ?

Unfortunately, since your order has been shipped, you can not cancel it so make sure you do it on time during the day.

-Do you accept orders by phone ?

Unfortunatelly we don't accept order by phone cause of GPDR regulations.

-Can i contact customer service by phone ?

Unfortunately this service is not supported 24H, so you can contact by e-mail or Social Media messengers 24/7.

-Can i use autofill in order to fill in my order details?

You have to avoid this cause the system has to recognize you as a non-robot

-I have not received a confirmation email !

-My payment has declined, why?
